Expansion is. Unless it isn't.

”Ever since I was a child I have had this instinctive urge for expansion and growth. To me, the function and duty of a quality human being is the sincere and honest development of one’s potential.

Amplify Effect at IDEAS LA

Last week was entirely consumed by the IDEAS conference, where Amplify Effect was a featured startup (huzzah!). We displayed, shared, taught and pitched and, if I do say so myself, walked away with success in the pocket.

The experience was all about the uncomfortable beauty and rawness of expansion.

Expansion: growth into a new space, the unknown. Establishing new boundaries, defying those. Defining new ripeness, more. More.

Expansion demands contraction.

Contraction: shrinking of something, a letting go. A dying off.

Expansion takes more space. To give way for that space, something must step aside. Contract.

The two go hand in hand.

In the space of the last few days, I’m riding immense waves of polarity. Expand, contract. Give, take. Have, don’t have.

Amplify Effect won an award at IDEAS LA, for innovation in the health and wellbeing space. We also met and pitched to many dozens of people, received support and interest, and new collaborations that are raising the caliber, exponentially.

What I gave up to let in space for this:

  • Sleep
  • Homemade meals
  • Time with friends and community
  • Exercise

Expand, Contract.

As we handed out samples of all the Amplify Blends and cards with 1-minute tools for the Clarity, Confidence and Calm mindset – we noticed a distinct trend: The #1 mindset most highly desired by everyone at the IDEAS conference was CALM.

This shocked the pants off me. I thought it would be the refreshing freshness of Clarity or a push for more Concentration.

Nope. Everybody clamored for Calm.

That being the case, I want to give you the opportunity to experience Calm, as well.

Download the FREE pdf here for the One Minute Breath, which helps create a state of mental and physical calm in as little as one minute.

Plus, you can sign up to get the same FREE Calm sample package that folks at IDEAS received.

This free sample is only good until Friday, July 1.
