This work meets people where they are in the privacy of one-on-one reflection, or in the larger container of a group or organization.
For You
This is a space to explore what Home means in your life — where it has ruptured, and how to tend it back into form. Sessions draw on guided reflection, visualization, contemplative practices, and the symbolic language of depth psychology. Each session begins with arriving. Each ends with something new in motion.
This is not therapy. It does not address diagnoses or clinical concerns. It is educational, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you already carry what you need.

For Organizations & Group
Belonging is not a culture initiative. It is a psychological experience — and when it fails, no amount of programming repairs it. This work brings the research and frameworks of depth psychology into organizational settings, exploring what genuine belonging requires, why misrecognition causes deeper harm than most leaders recognize, and how to build conditions where people can actually arrive.
Available as workshops, facilitated sessions, and consulting engagements.

"Heather is contagious. Her energy, wisdom and insight could spur anyone into action. That said, Heather is real. I love that she doesn't blow smoke and rainbows about everything, but brings real perspective on what it's like to fail, to succeed, to want more, to strive for more."no BS) style.”
